Psychologist Gregory "Brent" Dennis, who has been accused of killing his wife and staging her death as a suicide, can resume practicing. Defense lawyers previously had indicated they were prepared to take the case to trial, but it was delayed in September 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
