Three men were killed when a small plane crashed at the posh Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Fayette County.Sources told Pittsburgh's Action News shortly after the Beechcraft BE36 took off from the resort's private airstrip, one of the doors on the plane malfunctioned, came off and hit the planes wing.
