He is survived by his wife, Judy Smith McIntyre; son, Frank McIntyre (Kristy); daughter, Holly Bellanger; grandchildren, Jessica McIntyre (Jeremiah Lee), Dylan McIntyre, Jordan McIntyre, Amelia Bellanger (Ricky Alvarado), Madeline Bellanger (Scott Perry), Gabrielle Bellanger; two great-grandchildren, Cash Lee, Grayson Lee; brother, Van McIntyre(Joy); sisters, Robbie Gibson (Donnell) Edith Atkins, Sarah Atkins; and many friends and family.
